About Peer Reviews
Your instructor may assign you to review the work of your classmates and provide feedback, this is called a peer review. When you are assigned a peer review, it will show up in your to-do list and also on your assignment details page.
Accessing Assigned Peer Review
Completing a Peer Review with a Rubric

- Click on the link under "Assigned Peer Reviews."
- Review your peer's submission.
- Click "Show Rubric" and complete the rubric.
- Click "Save" to attach your feedback to the peer review.

If there is a rubric attached, you will need to complete the rubric. If there is no rubric for the assignment, you will need to leave at least one comment in the sidebar.
Optional: Some submissions will let you leave comments directly on the document. To learn more, see the Canvas Guide on DocViewer below.
Accessing Your Peer Review Feedback
[1] Show Rubric (top right corner): This is where you can review your rubric scores from your instructor(s) and peer(s).
[2] View Feedback: View comments and feedback posted directly on your submission.
[3] Comments (grey column on the right): This is where you can view comments left by your instructor(s) or peer(s).
