If your Zoom à Panopto integration is not working (i.e. videos you record and save to the cloud do not appear in Panopto Recordings), then you will need to download your videos from Zoom and upload them to Panopto manually.

Here are the basic steps:

Log in to Zoom at zoom.us using your North SC credentials
Navigate to Recordings (left-hand side menu from your 'My Account' page)
Find the recording you wish to download and click the ‘More’ button on the right-hand side of the recording title and choose ‘Download’ from the dropdown menu.
Once the files have downloaded, you’ll need to choose the video file you wish to share with students. Depending on your Zoom settings, you may have multiple files to choose from. I suggest previewing the videos to find the one best suited to share with students.
Then, open Panopto Recordings from the Canvas course shell you wish to upload to.
Click the green ‘Create’ button in Panopto and choose ‘Upload Media’. Then, select the video file you wish to share with students.
